7:Cloth hanger type structure T-Die with screw pull for thickness adjustment and width adjustable.
8:Horizontal type calendering unit
consists of 3 mirror rollers with surface roughness ≤0.025μm and
centricity ≤0.005mm,adopted Japanese famous brand bearing,which all
guarantee sheet thickness variation ±0.01mm.Each roller is independently
driven by high quality A/C motor with AB speed inverter.
9:PID automatically temperature
controlling system guarantees the surface temperature variation of
rollers ±1°C which helps much for good quality sheets' production.
10:Long natural cooling system with sheet
trimmed to requested width allows sheets enough time to cool down
before taking off and winding.
11:Taking off unit with scrap winding is driven by torque motor.
12:Silicon oil coating and drying before winding for good thermoforming request.
13:Multi-position winding unit allows max Diameter 800mm roll winding(Automatical winding unit for option)
14:Whole machine is controlled by PLC.Parameters are easy to be setted on touch screen.
